Client's credit
Users can now be assigned a credit they can spend by placing orders on the E-Shop, optionally within a certain date and having a maximum percentage of each order amount to be paid by the available credit.
Related products
Now you can create a relation between a produt and other products of the catalog and propose the related product when the buyer is looking at the product page or is ordering that product. You can also set a special discount for related products in case they are offered during the order procedure.
Testimonials
Registered users can now insert their testimonials, moderated by administrators.
Product reviews
Registered users can now insert their review about a product, moderated by administrators.
Buyer provided product specifications
Added the ability for admins to setup additional input fields for each product so buyers can/must provide additional information about how the product should be
VAT management for international sales
VAT is now applied or not depending on the seller's and buyer's country
Discount/surcharge for certain countries or regions
A new condition was added to the ones available for discount/surcharge rules that allows to apply the rule only to certain countries or regions
Import procedure improvements
The data file can now be downloaded from external sources via FTP and HTTP. A scheduler is available to perform such downloads/imports automatically.
The ability to append a leading and a trailing text before and after the imported values for one or more columns was added.
VAT inclusive prices can now be imported correctly.
Improved security
A verification field (graphic password) was added to frontend forms to prevent undesired automation of submissions by external software.
Order history page
The total orders amount was added.
The new filter by orders status now allows to limit the orders list by status (all/pending/processed/cancelled)
Additional Administrators can manage part of the product catalog
Further control over Administrators access levels: restrict administrator to see, edit and delete only products created by him, optionally having a limit on the number of products he can create.
Regions
Limit orders by regions (extending order allowance thresolds based on the product quantity from per country granularity to per region granularity)
Zone/Country/region condition support in discount rules
Zone/Country/region of the client can now trigger discount/surcharge rules

New feature type: multiple values
A new type of product feature is now available that allows to list several values all of which apply to the desired product. For example DVD movies can have a multiple values feature defined to list actors in the cast. Once you created a general list of actors (say George Clooney, Harrison Ford and Julia Roberts) you can select from that list the actors that participate in each movie (i.e. George Clooney and Julia Roberts only) without having to type their names again and again for each product.
In this example the E-Shop web interface will show the list of actors for each DVD and will also allow to click on the name of one of them to get a list of other DVDs (or other products) with the same actor in the cast.
E-Shop web interface improvements
The Preferences link was replaced by more intuitive flag icons to select a different language (if any available) and by a small select box to select a different currency (if any available).
The login box is now more informative and contains links to perform several actions.
New Payment methods
Added support for Bankpass (a wallet based online payment system) and PostePay credit card "recharge". Multilanguage support was also added for extra information fields available for certain payment methods.
Manufacturers management improvements
The ability was added to delete a manufacturer even in case one or more products are associated with it, in this case all the related products would be deleted as well, after an appropriate request for confirmation of course. The ability was added to define the manufacturer name in multiple languages.
Optimization of languages and currencies management
The "Language/Currency" section of the control panel was removed. From now on, if you want, you can set a default currency for one or more language directly in the Languages section or in the Currencies section of the control panel, so when visitors switch to a different language the E-Shop can automatically switch to that currency.
Statistics
VAT is not included any more in the user's orders total amount.
Search engine indexing improvements
The ability of page contents to be indexed by search engines was improved. The traffic overhead produced by some search engine spiders was reduced.
Fast search improvement
The fast search function now searches for the keyword in the values of product features too.
Performance improvements
Some sections of the control panel performed slowly in case the product catalog was huge. Their performance was improved.
Web Services
The product availability information was added to web services output.
